How to Review Pricing and Prepare a Fomedi Course for Publication

Before sharing a course link, check that the learning experience is complete. A saved course, a public visibility setting, and an approved video are different things. Review each part so students encounter accurate information and usable lessons.

1. Check the course promise

Open Courses in your instructor dashboard and edit the correct course. Read its title and description. Make sure they match what the lessons actually teach. State the audience, starting requirements, and practical outcomes without promising earnings or results that the course cannot guarantee.

2. Review Basics and the course image

Check the difficulty level, category, featured image, and introductory information. Preview the page and confirm that the image is clear on a small screen. Only use materials you created or have permission to publish.

3. Confirm the pricing model

The Course Builder includes Free and Paid pricing options. For a paid course, review the purchase option, regular price, and any sale price displayed. Check recurring terms when an option supports them. Confirm the approved price and any platform commercial arrangements with Fomedi; this guide does not establish commissions, refund eligibility, or payout schedules.

4. Test the Curriculum

Open each topic and confirm that its lessons are in the intended order. Check lesson text, resources, quiz instructions, and assignment requirements where included. Remove unfinished placeholders from the learner-facing content, or keep the course as a draft while you complete them.

5. Check video readiness

Videos uploaded through Fomedi’s dedicated lesson-video page remain private until an administrator approves the course or video. Verify their status and association with the correct lesson. An upload reaching 100 percent is not, by itself, confirmation of public playback.

6. Preview, save and follow the review process

Use Preview to inspect the course, then save or update your work. Follow the submission or publication action available to your role. Some accounts can update directly; others may need administrative review. If your screen does not provide a publication option, ask the team to confirm the next step.

After approval, open the public course link and check its title, price, and enrollment information. Contact Fomedi if the public result does not match the approved course. Avoid changing access or price on an active course without considering existing students.
