Keeping your Fomedi profile current helps you recognize your account and receive course-related messages. Start from your own signed-in account, especially if you use a shared computer.
1. Open your learning dashboard
Select My learning from the website header. Open the user menu near your avatar to find the account options available to your role. The dashboard also provides an account-settings area; when a profile-completion reminder appears, its Set Your Bio link leads there.
2. Update the information you can edit
Review your name, profile information, and any photo or biography fields shown. Keep a biography short and relevant. Students can introduce their learning interests; instructors can explain what they teach and their practical experience. Use a clear image that you have permission to upload.
Save your changes using the control in the form and check for confirmation. Reopen the settings to verify the result. Editable fields can vary, so contact support if a piece of information cannot be changed from your account.
3. Protect your login
Use a unique password and avoid sharing it with a classmate or colleague. If you need to recover access, use the recovery option on the login page when available. Open the most recent recovery message and check your spam folder if it does not arrive.
4. Report a missing course clearly
Before contacting support, confirm that you are using the email associated with your enrollment. Keep your order reference if the course was purchased. A second account can make the situation harder to diagnose, so do not register again just to look for an existing purchase.
5. Send the details support needs
Use the Contact page. Include your account email, course or lesson title, the page address, and a short description of the problem. Mention your device and browser when the issue concerns loading or playback. A screenshot can help if it does not expose private information.
Never send your password, recovery code, or payment-card details. For learning questions, use a course discussion or Q&A area when the instructor has enabled one.
