Once you have access to a Fomedi course, turn it into a repeatable learning routine. A short session with notes and practice is often more useful than watching several lessons without trying anything yourself.
1. Open your course
Sign in and go to My learning. Find the course you want to continue. You can also open its page from the course catalog and select the learning button available to your account.
2. Choose a lesson from the curriculum
Open the topic that contains the lesson you need. Work in the order suggested by the instructor, especially when later lessons depend on earlier setup. If a lesson is locked, read the access message: it may relate to enrollment, a prerequisite, or the course’s release settings.
3. Watch actively
Start the video and check your volume. Pause whenever you need to try a step or write a note. Use the playback controls that the player provides; speed, captions, or quality options depend on the individual video. Do not assume that a download is included unless the instructor supplies one.
4. Review the lesson materials
Read the accompanying text and open any resources supplied with the lesson. Keep a notebook with three short entries: what you learned, what you tried, and what remains unclear. This makes it easier to ask a specific question later.
5. Record where to continue
Use a lesson-completion control if the course provides one and you have finished the required activity. Before leaving, note the topic and lesson title. When you return, open that lesson and continue from the appropriate point; automatic video-position recovery can vary by player and device.
If a video will not play
Check your connection, reload the lesson once, and try an updated browser. Make sure your enrollment is active and that the video has become available. If the problem remains, contact support with the course title, lesson title, device, browser, and exact error. These details help the team investigate the correct lesson.
Next step: Apply one thing from the lesson before moving on to the next topic.
